Small Update

Arena server now has a crit vote, I have also tried another fix against the 1v1 on startup by increasing waiting time to 15 seconds.

I have also updated the TF2 Menu, it had the old server IP's.

Try lowering the respawn time of RED team in Payload/2Fort servers to like 10 secs and see how it works. I think 20 secs are way too much and BLU team has too much time to do its dirty deeds undisturbed.
